How do I join the KB Clubhouse?
There are two ways to join KB Clubhouse:1) Sign up online at www.KBclubhouse.com. It's easy, just log in at www.kbclubhouse.com/join.php and complete the information requested. After completing your enrollment, you will receive a Welcome email with $5 off coupon as our way of thanking you for joining the KB Clubhouse. (We recommend that you add info@KBclubhouse.com to your address book to ensure receipt of all KB Toys or KB Clubhouse emails.)
2) Sign up in-store by filling out a KB Clubhouse enrollment form, hand it to a store associate and you will receive a Welcome email with a $5 off copuon within 4-6 weeks as our way of thanking you for joining the KB Clubhouse.
I joined online. Will I get my KB Clubhouse card in the mail?
No. If you joined KB Clubhouse online, you would have received a Welcome email with a $5 off coupon. Use your $5 off coupon/temporary card on your next visit to your local KB Toys store to receive $5 off your purchase. Plus, get your KB Clubhouse card from one of our friendly Store Associates.I signed up and I still haven't received my Welcome email with $5 off coupon.
There may be several reasons why you have not received your Welcome email with a $5 off coupon. Often, we find that the Welcome email has been sent but not opened. (We recommend that you add info@KBclubhouse.com to your address book to ensure receipt of all KB Toys or KB Clubhouse emails. You may also want to check your junk/spam folder and/or try clearing cookies on your browser.)Below are some common reasons you may not have received your Welcome email:
- You enrolled at a store, so your Welcome email will take 4 to 6 weeks to process (if you enrolled online, your Welcome email should process immediately).
- The email provided is not a valid email address.
- A work email is being used and has a SPAM filter that does not allow for emails from KB Toys or KB Clubhouse to come through. (We recommend updating your member profile with a personal email address by going to www.kbclubhouse.com/login.php.)
- The email address doesn’t recognize info@KBclubhouse.com as a friendly sender and as a result, your Welcome email has ended up in your junk or SPAM folder. (We recommend that you add info@KBclubhouse.com to your address book to ensure receipt of all KB Toys or KB Clubhouse emails.)
- The Welcome email was accidentally deleted. (Please note that we cannot reissue deleted or expired coupons or any other offers once they have been sent.)
I got my KB Clubhouse Club Card! How does it work and what else should I know about being a KB Clubhouse Club Card member?
- As a KB Clubhouse Club Card member, you will enjoy advance notice on sales and other specials. (We recommend that you keep your card handy in your wallet or on your keychain for periodic special offers).- If you lost your card, wore it out or didn't receive it, please visit your local KB Toys store and pick up a new KB Clubhouse Club Card on your next visit.
- Periodically during the year, you will be able to use your KB Clubhouse Club Card to receive exclusive savings for card-carrying members.
I have trouble signing up. It keeps telling me I am missing a field.
Please note that you may experience error messages if you use character symbols. For example, Apt #6 versus Apt 6 will result in an error message.I tried to enroll in the KB Clubhouse and I could not. I filled the form out completely and it is not working. What's wrong?
There could be several reasons your enrollment is not going through.Please note the following:
- You must be at least 18 years old to be a KB Clubhouse member. We recommend that if you are under 18 years of age that you ask your parent(s) to include you on their membership.
- You must use a valid email address for your log in and your password must contain at least 6 characters (numbers and letters).
- You must be a resident of the U.S.
I tried to sign up for the KB Clubhouse and got a message that said one email per address. I know that no one else has signed up using my email address. What could it be?
- We recommend clearing the cookies setting on your computer and try to sign up again. If you continue to get an error message, please try the following:For Internet Explorer
Tools > Internet Options, then click the button that says "Delete Cookies"
For Firefox
Tools > Options. Go to the Privacy tab, check the box that says "Ask me before clearing private data", then click "Clear Now". Make sure that cookies are checked in the popup box that appears, and hit "Clear Private Data Now"
I've forgotten my password and I want to change my email address. What should I do?
- If you've forgotten your password, retrieve it by going to www.kbclubhouse.com/retrievepassword.php - it's that easy!- If you would like to change your current email address, add a child to your profile and/or update any other information to your member profile, go to www.kbclubhouse.com/login.php to edit your information.
I would like to be taken off your mailing list. I keep getting emails from KB Clubhouse.
Please note that each time KB Clubhouse communicates with members, an option to UNSUBSCRIBE is available on each correspondence. Please click on the unsubscribe button to be taken off the mailing list.I went to the Games page and it is not working. What's going on?
